The successful candidate will be responsible for organizational leadership, strategic planning, and program management, with a focus on ensuring that the Center's services are accessible, relevant, and responsive to the needs of the community. This role requires a seasoned nonprofit executive with a strong background in fundraising, partnership development, and a deep commitment to the mission of the Foundation. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strengthening the Center's programs, engaging with the community, and exploring opportunities for expansion in other areas. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Community Renewal Center should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive nonprofit leadership experience, including a proven track record in fundraising and partnership development. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, adept at both long-range planning and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and external-representation skills. A background in working with trauma-impacted communities is strongly preferred. The Executive Director will work closely with the Foundation's Board to ensure the Center's programs are mission-driven, adaptive, and of the highest quality, with a focus on long-term sustainability and growth.
