Contract, Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering patients throughout the continuum of the labor and delivery process
- Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Perform circulating duties in the labor and delivery setting as needed
- Work rotating weekends, with every other to every third weekend required
- Participate in rotating holiday coverage on an every-other-holiday basis
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification or training required
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Circulating experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Ability to adapt to a rotating weekend and holiday schedule
