About The Role

GenAI models are improving quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. As an AI Tutor in Civil Engineering, you will collaborate on these projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers.
• Correct the model's responses based on your domain‑specific knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Civil Engineering and/or a relevant area.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Materials Science, Coastal & Ocean Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Surveying & Geomatics, Hydraulic Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Sustainable Engineering.
• Advanced English (C1) or above.
• Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• Freelance role is fully remote; you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
