Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Care for Telemetry Holding patients as needed in addition to primary ER duties
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior clinical experience working in California
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system
• Willingness and ability to care for Telemetry Holding patients when required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing high patient volumes in a Level II or higher Emergency Department
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation in a holding or transitional care context
