C. Harper Chevrolet East is looking for ambitious, motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build relationships with customers and develop clients for life

• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs

• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology and benefits

• Maintain strong knowledge of Chevrolet products and available options

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Follow up with customers before and after the sale

• Develop repeat and referral business

• Work leads and maintain consistent customer communication

• Overcome objections professionally and confidently

• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales objectives

• Work directly with Sales Management to achieve monthly goals

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction through delivery

Previous automotive sales experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Candidates with successful backgrounds in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, real estate, insurance, restaurant management or other performance-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
