Is familiar with indication for use, action, and major side effects of medications administered.Qualifications:Graduation from an approved registered professional nursing program.Active, current Illinois license to practice professional nursing.CPR Certification Required - Accredited by American Heart Association.One year as an RN in a hospital (general care) or long-term care setting with adults preferred.Genuine interest in working with older adults.Knowledge of aging changes and common health problems of geriatric patients.Good communication skills.Ability to direct nursing assistants.Ready to Join a Team That Feels Like Family?!If you're passionate about helping others, excited to grow in your career, and eager to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
