Lead Program Performance Management Analyst

Saab seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive insight and governance across complex defense manufacturing programs. In this role, you will design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards tracking cost, schedule, and quality, turning data into clear guidance for action. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and finance to analyze trends, highlight risks, and lead performance reviews that support on-time, on-budget delivery. Leveraging EVM, scheduling, and continuous improvement methods, you will standardize program performance practices, mentor analysts, and brief leadership in Saab’s innovative, mission-driven, hybrid work environment.
