Job Title: Panel Wirer and Assembly - Modine Manufacturing Openings in Lexington and Natural Bridge Locations Openings on all shifts: 6am-6pm Friday - Sunday Paid for 40 hours: $24.23/hr 6pm-6am Friday - Sunday Paid for 40 hours: $24.23/hr 3pm-11pm Monday - Friday: $25.23/hr 11pm-730am Monday - Friday: $25.73/hr Job Description The Line Wirer is responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical components in panels, equipment, or production units according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble control panels. Perform point-to-point wiring and component installation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLCs. Route and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards. Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final installation. Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a related field. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for electrical work. Knowledge of electrical codes, wiring standards, and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and efficiency. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.23 - $25.73/hr.
