Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA&I Fire and Water Restoration is seeking a full-time position for a Restoration Technician. The Restoration Technician responds to emergency situations involving property damage caused by water, fire, mold and other emergency situations. The candidate must work well in a team environment with the desire to learn and grow in this position. Experience in the restoration industry is preferred, but not required.Duties include but are not limited to:• Coordinate and perform disaster response services• Available to work on-call schedule for mitigation and emergency services• Meet with customers to evaluate loss while maintaining company image and positive attitude.• Perform activities including demolition, cleaning, fire and smoke damage remediation and specialized cleaning• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation that is requiredQualified candidates must have the following:• Clean driving record• Pass background check and drug screen• Customer service oriented\nCompany DescriptionA&I Fire and Water Restoration is a full service general contractor serving throughout North and South Carolina.
