Position: Grade 3 Content Interventionist Location: Harrington Elementary School Description: The Elementary Content Interventionist provides targeted academic support to students in all content areas, with a primary focus on reading and mathematics. This position works with small groups of students who need additional instructional support to strengthen foundational skills and meet grade-level expectations. The interventionist collaborates with classroom teachers to identify student needs, monitor progress, and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student growth and success. Job Requirements Deliver small-group instruction in reading, math, and other core content areas. Provide individualized support to help students build confidence, motivation, and academic skills. Collaborate with classroom teachers to align instruction and discuss student progress.
