What You'll Be Doing As a Cook at Aguilas Hidaway Lil Drummer, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of American-style dishes, including burgers and wings, to perfection.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met at all times.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of cooking experience.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required!
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for great food.
