Position Overview The Quality Coordinator role is located in Monroe, GA within the Nucor Warehouse Systems division. This position supports NWS products from design through project completion, including investigations, problem solving, training, and claims. Basic Job Functions Function in Monroe, GA, focusing on NWS products. Lead, uphold, and demonstrate safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Handle calls from job sites, gather necessary information to validate claims, and determine the cause and the most efficient cost‑effective solutions. Investigate, record, and report all service and product performance issues using internal documents. Identify trending quality issues and recommend solutions. Make occasional trips to job sites for troubleshooting and extensive claim investigations. Participate in and help lead department or division quality meetings. Minimum Qualifications 1 year’s experience in a rack manufacturing environment or construction related equivalent. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Background in blueprint reading and interpretation. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) and computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft D365. Excellent organizational skills. American Welding Society CWI Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months. Preferred Qualifications Participation in division safety teams or efforts. Familiarity and experience with resolving SMR’s. Good communication, ability to accurately track site issues and create reports. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and city and county license requirements documents. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
