We are hiring a Breakfast Supervisor to supervise, prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
• Weekly food orders and inventory management
• Assist with creating work schedules for staff
• Supervise breakfast staff and contribute to a positive working environment
• Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit
• Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
• Represent MCHG positively in the community

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required
• Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
• Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
