Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the employee lifecycle. Respond to employee and candidate inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed. Build strong partnerships across the organization and support key HR initiatives. People Operations Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality. Support compliance efforts, audits, employment verifications, and regulatory requirements. Manage HR inquiries and ensure timely resolution or routing. Talent Acquisition & Organizational Support Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding activities. Prepare employment documents, offer letters, and HR communications. Support performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives. Employee Engagement & Culture Coordinate employee recognition programs, appreciation events, and engagement activities. Support culture‑building initiatives and community partnership efforts. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience. Maintain HR procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting & Administrative Operations Prepare reports, maintain confidential records, and support departmental administration. Assist with expense reporting, documentation requests, special projects, and other duties as assigned. Education/Years of Experience: Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Three to five years of progressively responsible experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, business operations, or an equivalent administrative function. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience supporting a multi‑location or field‑based organization.
