• $14–$15/hour based on experience

In this role, you will:

• Provide restaurant-style dining service with a warm, hospitality-focused approach

• Build meaningful relationships with residents during meal times

• Assist residents with special requests and individualized service needs

• Help create a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable dining atmosphere

• Work closely with the dining team to deliver exceptional service every day

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Passion for hospitality and customer service

• Ability to create positive resident relationships through patience and kindness

• Restaurant, server, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
