Job Title: Parts Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review each service order for correct parts. Gather parts needed for service work order. Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund. File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork. Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Manufactured housing industry experience desired High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
