Performance Luxury Sport seeks skilled Automotive Sales Advisors with a strong track record in selling sports cars and luxury brands such as Porsche, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Aston Martin, McLaren, Ferrari, and Lamborghini. If you are a proactive problem solver with outstanding communication, analytical, and empathy skills, we want to hear from you! Your expertise can make a significant impact here. • $77,096 to $126,464 | Experience-based 
• Working Hours Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 1 Hour Lunch
• Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Alternate Day Off
• Closed Sundays

Responsibilities:  

• Greet arriving customers.
• Show vehicles and explain features and warranties.
• Answer questions about cars, financing, and purchases.
• Accompany test drives, collecting licenses and documents first.
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values.
• Coordinate with finance on customer options.
• Follow up with past customers.

Qualifications:  

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of vehicles, financing, and sales process.
• Active listening to identify customer needs.
• Persuasive in closing sales.
• Confident and creates a strong impression.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
