Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward.About the job:Work with R&D team to develop and support concurrent New Product projects through design-to-cost principles, design for manufacturability and the transition of new and improved products from development through full-scale production.Assure new project processes and product are capable of meeting performance and reliability requirements.Continue improvement for existing production line, and cost improvement.Define tooling and equipment requirements, capital equipment justification, and qualifying both tooling and equipment for production.Develop new product and new process documentation (Flow chart, FMEA, work instructions, routings, specifications, assembly information).Conduct error-proofing analyses and determine root cause of process variation and product failures.Determine cause of field problems & customer complaints. Implement effective corrective action in a timely manner.Assess and improve quality of internal production and the quality of suppliers.Work closely with internal and external technical support.
