The person will need to have knowledge with deployments tools, for example SCCM/VDI/AppSense.Serve as third level support resource for existing software deployments; Troubleshoot technical incidents with enterprise desktop environmentsResponsible for smooth operations of desktop software and image delivery to the enterpriseCommunicates effectively with team and clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical tools, solutions and strategiesQualificationsOverview:Solid Windows Desktop & VDI (VMware desktop infrastructure) engineers.
