Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other applicable techniques to address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate collaborative goal-setting with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients preferring online sessions, ensuring accessibility for those facing challenges to in-person visits.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure quality care delivery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training programs, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.

You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, personal growth needs, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Colorado as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and safety in therapeutic relationships.

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, capable of understanding and validating clients' experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting preferred, with a strong understanding of the digital tools and systems used in remote therapy.

• Practical knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT and DBT.
