Forklift Operator

Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Forklift Operators for a client in Bartlett, IL. We are invested in our team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17-$19.50/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include:-1st shift: 6:00am-2:00pm M-F
-2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm M-F
-3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am M-F

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:
-Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments inside the warehouse facility.-Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries and shipments.
-Perform picking and packing duties in an efficient and safe manner.
-Label products and move them accordingly within the warehouse.
-Keep all equipment in good condition while operating it safe and effectively.
-Operate sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker forklifts.

Qualifications of the Forklift Operator:
-Comfortable working in cold environment-Comfortable working with food products
-Previous experience operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts-Previous warehouse experience
-High attention to detail and safety/compliance
