Part-Time Math Tutor

We are currently looking for Math instructors for Middle/High school level students. We help students in all subject areas. Math: Pre Alg, Alg, Geometry, Alg 2/Trig, Pre Calc, Calc. Tutors can teach some or all of these subjects! We also offer Science subjects including: Earth Science, Bio, Chemistry, and Physics. The Huntington Teacher Opportunity Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting. No lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade. Flexible, part-time hours – afternoon, evening, weekend, and summer. Competitive hourly rate and paid training. Compensation $18-22/hour (commensurate with experience). Center Hours (school year) Monday-Thursday: 2-8:30pm Friday: 2-8pm Saturday-Sunday: 9am-5pm Center Hours (Summer) Monday-Thursday: 9am-8pm Friday-Saturday: 9am-1pm Sunday: 9am-3pm Minimum hours/week – 10 Maximum hours/week – 30 *Please note that we do not hire seasonally, as this is a year-round role. Huntington Teacher Requirements 4-year degree required in a related field. Must be able to easily commute to our location in Yorktown Heights, NY.
