About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Beachwood, Ohio, 44122!

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to med/surg telemetry patients, including monitoring vital signs and telemetry.
• Administer medications, perform IV starts, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Ensure patient safety and accurate documentation throughout the shift.
