Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients in a variety of formats, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy. \n
- Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and patient records in adherence with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integrated care for clients by contributing your expertise and insights. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to keep abreast of advancements in the mental health field and best practices. \n
Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals facing various challenges including emotional distress, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients is crucial to delivering tailored therapeutic services. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is required. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context, is necessary. \n
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with clients effectively. \n

- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable. \n
- Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is a plus, as it ensures a smoother transition into our virtual practice. \n
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus opportunities for performance bonuses. Additional benefits include flexible work schedules, allowing both full-time and part-time options, and the advantage of a hybrid role that may include in-person sessions as needed.
