Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evening Shift) - Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our evening shift team at the Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, a premier sub-acute medical care and rehabilitation facility in Lake Worth, Florida. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead by example and provide exceptional care to our residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care on the evening shift. This includes:

Supervising Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate records and charting
Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in patient care and implementing changes as needed
Providing guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Contributing to a culture of patient-centered care, compassion, and respect

What You Will Need:

Current RN licensure in the State of Florida
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Clinical expertise in areas such as wound care, respiratory therapy, and medication management
