You are responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the company's long-term business objectives and culture. As a Human Resources Manager , you’re not just leading the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Typical Day Responsibilities Lead HR strategy and operations: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and local regulations Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent while optimizing labor costs Develop and engage talent: Oversee training programs, performance evaluations, and succession planning to support career growth and leadership development Manage team member relations: Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor contract compliance, including grievance handling and negotiations Oversee HR policies and compliance: Establish and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws, wage and benefit administration, and workplace safety regulations Support financial goals: Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while supporting hotel operations Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs Core Values At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality . Minimum Qualifications Extensive HR experience across key functions—recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and transparent practices. Proven ability to lead HR teams and influence organizational culture. Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software. Excellent interpersonal and strategic communication abilities. Able to adapt to a dynamic hotel environment and support operational needs.
