About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Labor, Trust, and Public Sector Partnerships. This pivotal role is focused on driving new business with trustees, benefits managers, and union leadership to bring 24/7 virtual maternal, pediatric, and midlife care to working families. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to contract close, and must be adept at consultative sales, particularly in the context of labor and trust clients. A deep understanding of union benefit structures, trust governance, and decision-making processes is essential. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in direct sales, including the ability to close 6-figure+ enterprise deals and consistently meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a champion of the company's mission, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to represent the company at various industry events. Applicants for this role at the company should have at least 8 years of direct sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field such as benefits, healthcare, or SaaS solutions. The role requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in sales management tools.
