Executive Capital Project Leader - Greenfield Soybean Plant

CHS, Inc. is seeking a Capital Project Manager – Executive to lead a new greenfield soybean processing facility near Evansville, Wisconsin.

This on-site role provides executive accountability for a ~$700 million investment, guiding governance, schedule, and budget through construction, commissioning and turnover. The successful candidate will drive integration among internal teams and external partners, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and position CHS for long-term operational readiness
