This position reports to the Global Planning and Material Management Director and is part of the Global Supply Chain organization and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead global inventory strategy across raw materials, WIP and finished goods Own SAP planning governance and master data policy Drive network optimization and global planning standards Lead and develop a high-performing COE team Partner with senior leadership to drive transformation initiatives The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related field 10+ years’ experience in supply chain leadership roles Expert knowledge of SAP planning systems Experience leading global transformation initiatives using change management modelsExperience managing and developing teams It would be a plus if you also possess: Experience working in a global, matrixed organization APICS or similar certification Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
