• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting short- and long-term goals that are measurable and achievable.

• Provide therapy through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, catering to the specific needs of clients.

• Monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and additional services as required, ensuring clients access comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services.

• Educate clients and families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster self-advocacy and resilience.

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse population comprising individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, focusing on those experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional or behavioral issues. Your role will be pivotal in providing them with the tools and resources necessary to navigate their challenges and lead engaged, fulfilling lives. With an emphasis on empathy and cultural competence, you will ensure that all clients feel respected and understood within their therapeutic journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
