HVAC Service Technician

Description: Join the Holbrook Heating Team Holbrook Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Albany, NY area. This position includes both HVAC service calls and preventative maintenance. We are seeking a technician who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and can confidently diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. Requirements: Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major repairs Explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Follow all company safety policies and procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service at every appointment Qualifications Previous HVAC service and/or maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent, full-time employment Company-provided vehicle for work-related service calls Opportunities for training and professional growth Supportive team environment Established and growing HVAC company About Holbrook Heating Inc.
