Banquet-Sales Server

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during banquet events by setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables in a timely and professional manner. This role involves executing all event-related duties with efficiency and attention to detail, including following food safety guidelines, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and operating a point-of-sale system when needed. Servers must uphold high standards of hospitality by being courteous, attentive, and responsive to guest needs while maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old, preferably have prior food service experience, and be able to obtain alcohol service and Serv-Safe certifications within the first 90 days of employment. The position is physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Banquet Servers are expected to be team players, work flexible schedules-including holidays and weekends-and maintain professionalism in a high-paced, high-volume environment. While there are no supervisory responsibilities, servers are key contributors to delivering a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
