Blossom ABA Therapy is  urgently hiring compassionate and reliable team members to join our growing clinical team in Clinton, NC. We are currently seeking both  Behavior Technicians and  Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to provide in-home ABA services for children in need of behavioral support.

As a  Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist , you will work directly with children in structured, one-on-one therapy sessions designed to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will be supported by licensed BCBAs and trained to confidently deliver high-quality ABA services in the field.

• Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric clients in home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising clinicians

• Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions

• Support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, and social interaction

• Follow clinical guidance while maintaining consistency and professionalism

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and care teams

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Active  Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)certification holders OR willing to complete  RBT training

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Interested in ABA, psychology, education, or  behavioral health technician work

• Reliable with strong communication skills

• Able to travel to client homes within Clinton and surrounding areas

• Experience as a  behavior technician ,  mental health technician , or childcare provider is a plus

• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
