Retail Sales AssociateJoin Our Team and Make Every Customer Interaction Count
Are you a people person who loves creating great customer experiences? We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our Ontario team!
In this role, you’ll be more than just a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted resource for our customers, helping them find the right products while creating a welcoming, positive shopping experience. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships, achieve sales goals, and contribute directly to the success of our store.

What You’ll Do- Welcome and connect with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging way.
- Learn about customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions that are right for them.
- Drive sales and exceed performance goals by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep the store clean, organized, inviting, and ready for customers .
- Work closely with teammates to achieve shared sales goals and create a positive store culture.
- Represent the company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends .
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative.
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish .
