ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2013 after beginning my professional career as an attorney. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and later attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. I've been a member of the Missouri Bar since 2004, and my legal background has given me a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and helping people navigate important decisions.


Outside of work, I'm married with two amazing daughters, and you can often find our family supporting them at their volleyball activities. Staying connected to our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local Chamber events, BBQ competitions, and State Farm-sponsored events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Bret Farrar - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
