What You Need

• 3+ years of upper-level managerial experience
• ServSafe and alcohol certification required
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

The Role

As Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in running daily operations, developing the team, and driving a great guest experience. You'll:

• Manage daily operations, from guest service to food safety
• Drive sales, control costs, and handle financial transactions
• Lead the team — hiring, training, and ongoing development
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Engage with the local community and represent Vicious Biscuit with pride
