Regional Director of Sales (Senior Living)
Wage: $85,000-95,000/year (plus commission)
The Regional Director of Sales leads and supports Sales Coordinators, Specialists, and Executive Directors to drive occupancy through strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building. This role provides coaching, mentorship, and field support to optimize sales performance and community growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and mentor sales and operations teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Analyze sales metrics, referral sources, and conversion rates to guide strategy.
- Deliver field training on sales processes, lead management, touring protocols, and business development.
- Oversee pre-marketing for new or acquired communities.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and effective marketing materials.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and motivating sales professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in senior living sales/operations.
- 3–5 years of senior living sales, marketing, or operations experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and mobile platforms.
- Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.
