Required Skills:

• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid MN medical license or eligible through IMLC
• Proven experience managing high-risk pregnancies and urgent OB needs
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills, including assisting with cesarean sections
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Competency in electronic medical records systems such as Epic/Excellian and Obix
• BLS certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Trauma Level I or II experience
• Experience with maternal-fetal medicine (MFM)
• Previous work in Level II nursery settings
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including 24-hour shifts or 12-hour options

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of OB/GYN practice, preferably in hospital-based or high-risk obstetrics
• Experience in a Level II nursery environment

Other Requirements:

• Current BLS certification
• MN licensure or IMLC certification
• Willingness to undergo credentialing process (90-120 days)
• Ability to start as soon as possible, with emergency temp privileges on clean files
• Availability for 24/7 in-house call coverage, with flexibility for 12-hour shifts if preferred
• Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable
