Apartment Maintenance Certified Technician – $21-24/hr
Location: Calera AL

What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete apartment maintenance service requests and repairs
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
- Repair and install appliances, locks, and fixtures
- Perform apartment turns and make-readies
- Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
- Assist with groundskeeping, pressure washing, and property upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly community environment
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC / EPA Certification REQUIRED
- CPO Certification preferred
- Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic hand tools required
- Power tools are a plus
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
- Professional and customer service-oriented attitude
