Registered Nurse (RN) ED - Nights

Overview The UH Lake West ED is a Level 3 Trauma Center consisting of 20 beds on the main side of the ED for acute patients. We also have 5 super track rooms that allow us to see lower acuity patients and keep patient flow moving through the ED. We are stroke and chest pain certified. Provides safe, efficient age‑specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status. What You Will Do Implement the nursing process by delivering effective relationship‑based nursing care. Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes. Demonstrate clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations. Develop self and contribute to the professional practice of nursing. Display leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards.
