Assists with completing schedules and addressing payroll as needed.

Acts as supervisor in the absence of the supervisor.
Demonstrates the ability to meet department work schedule.
Manages daily operations of patient care.
Contributes to maintaining high-quality, cost-effective services.
Identifies and explains key variances related to budgetary guidelines.
Acts as an interdepartmental liaison promoting effective multidisciplinary teamwork.
Identifies and implements cost-saving ideas.
Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
Responsible for maintaining current professional expertise.
