Desired Qualifications:

• Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Previous school-based experience or strong desire to work with children and adolescents
• Well-developed communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administration, and families
• Comfortable with technology for remote or hybrid services

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and families
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and outcome data
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP reviews
• Adapt services and therapy delivery models to meet student needs in any modality—remote, hybrid, or on-site
