It involves leading store employees through hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching to maintain operational standards. The role requires ownership of store functions including marketing, loss prevention, and labor management to drive success. Success is measured by store performance metrics such as sales goals, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
