Shipper/Receiver ClerkFull Time Non-Union Clerical Aurora, Colorado, USASalary Range: $20.00 HourlyJob Summary:Coordinates all paperwork for inbound deliveries, includes opening and closing RCN's in WIN to allow receiving items. Schedule POs and work with supervisor on daily schedule.Essential Functions:Generate RCN checklist for every PO on each delivery. This includes BOL's from driver.Coordinate with supervisor of open doors and trailers on property. Includes updating list of drop trailers, penalty box for late drivers/unscheduled loads.Maintain current day's receiving schedule, to include start/stop time of deliveries/cases received.Schedule POs in the system as the requests come in.Send corresponding emails to buyers on refusals. Do research on old POs and respond to buyers.Last line of defense to review paperwork on PO's prior to sending receiving packets to accounting.Arrival and Departures of all inbound PO'sInput Data entry on all inbound PO'sKnowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Behaviors:Excellent written and oral communication.Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and ease of working under pressure.Computer knowledge.Independent worker, self-starter with a professional manner.Physical Requirements:Mild to continuous walking.Mild to continuous bending.Bend at knees and lift 45 lbs. from ground level occasionally.Work Environment:Warehouse environment.Incumbent will work 8-12 hours daily in a warehousing environment with continuous exposure to dust, dirt, high noise levels, and heights.Variations in temperatures from 45 degrees to 95 degrees.
