The Branch Administrative Services Section (BASS) supports leadership across the Customer Services & Support (CSS) Branch through data analysis, compliance coordination, and enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen decision-making and operations.

Under the general direction of the Supervisor I of the Data Solutions & Reporting Unit, the Analyst II plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives across the CSS Branch. Through complex analytical and technical assignments, the incumbent oversees customer satisfaction survey administration, compliance monitoring, branch-wide project coordination, and administrative process improvement efforts that help advance branch priorities and improve outcomes for stakeholders.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Statement of Qualifications
