Clinical Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to optimize safe, effective medication therapy for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will verify and manage medication orders, perform medication reconciliation, and provide pharmacotherapy consultations to the interdisciplinary rehab team. You will monitor clinical response, prevent adverse drug events, and educate patients and families on medication use.
