Do you take pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting smart lending decisions?We're looking for a Credit Analyst who's equal parts analytical thinker, detail detective, and collaborative partner. In this role, you'll work closely with lenders to evaluate credit requests, assess risk, and ensure our members receive thoughtful, informed financial solutions.What You'll Be Doing:Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess the strength of business members' credit requestsPerforming initial credit analysis to determine alignment with credit union policies and guidelinesAssisting with or preparing clear, concise credit presentations for lending decisionsMonitoring loan collateral, valuations, and inspections to ensure compliance with agreements and loan covenantsSupporting lenders with ongoing portfolio management and problem loan administrationPreparing and maintaining reports on members' credit obligations and financial performanceCollecting and organizing financial data directly from members when neededUpdating and maintaining credit and loan systems with accurate data entry and reportingContributing to special projects and supporting team initiativesYou'll Thrive in This Role If You:Have 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or a related financial roleEnjoy analyzing financial data and translating it into clear recommendationsAre highly organized, detail-oriented, and pride yourself on accuracyCommunicate complex financial concepts clearly and professionallyCan manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesWork well independently but also enjoy collaborating with a teamAre comfortable using loan software, reporting tools, and Microsoft OfficeWhat Success Looks Like:Accurate, thorough credit analysis that supports strong lending decisionsWell-prepared credit presentations that clearly communicate risk and opportunityTimely and compliant reporting on credit activity and loan performanceStrong collaboration with lenders and internal partnersMaintaining high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and serviceWhy Join Us?We're more than a credit union—we're a team committed to helping our members and communities thrive.
