Custom Packaging Products (CPP) is seeking a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is excited by the opportunity to earn substantial commission income. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting for new business, building long-term customer relationships, and growing accounts.

The successful candidate will develop and manage a portfolio of customers nationwide, selling custom-printed packaging solutions to restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, resorts, country clubs, and other food service organizations. Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to generate new business, retain customers, and grow revenue.

Compensation:

$100,000++ Base plus Commission with average annual earnings

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calling, email campaigns, and lead generation activities.

• Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and present CPP's custom packaging and branding solutions.

• Convert prospects into long-term customers while continuously expanding account revenue.

• Prepare quotes, recommend products, and guide customers through the sales process.

• Maintain consistent follow-up and account management to maximize customer retention and growth.

• Accurately manage customer activity and sales opportunities within the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, revenue targets, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with customer service, production, and design teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 2+ years of B2B sales experience.

• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

• Selling to restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, resorts, country clubs, or foodservice organizations.

• Experience in custom packaging, printing, branded products, or related industries.
