Warehouse ManagerA growing specialty materials manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations within a compound manufacturing facility. This individual will oversee inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, and warehouse team performance while partnering with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shippingMaintain inventory accuracy of 99.5% or higherOptimize warehouse layout, material flow, and space utilizationEnsure finished products are properly released, documented, and prepared for shipmentAchieve on-time inbound and outbound delivery performance of 98% or higherReduce product damage, waste, and order fulfillment timeDevelop SOPs and drive Lean process improvementsEnsure compliance with OSHA, GMP, safety, and quality requirementsDevelop and lead a high-performing warehouse teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related fieldThree or more years leading teams of 10 or more employees in a warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing.Strong inventory control, cycle counting, and lot or batch traceability experienceProficiency with ERP/WMS systems, Microsoft Office, and ExcelKnowledge of Lean manufacturing, GMP, OSHA, and material-handling practicesBilingual English and Spanish skills preferred
