Job Requirements Responsibilities Proactively identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships to source new mortgage lending opportunities (e.g., realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts). Participate in business development opportunities, community efforts to promote home ownership, and professional organizations. Interview new and existing customers to determine financial needs and advise on appropriate products, terms, and pricing. Navigate borrowers through the loan process and gather required information through clear and timely communication. Submit clear, accurate loan documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations while meeting sales goals and objectives.
